The journey of S4 Yoga began with a simple vision – to create a space where the ancient wisdom of yoga could meet the modern world in an inclusive, nurturing environment. Founded by Sameer Wadwalkar – RYT500, RCYT, E-RYT200, YACEP in 2024, our school is rooted in the belief that yoga is more than just a physical practice—it is a lifelong journey of self-discovery, growth, and transformation.

I have benefited greatly from Sameer's classes from first taking his classes approximately 4 months ago. He is everything you want in an Teacher and Guide. He is Professional and Passionate, Consistent, Knowledgeable, Inspiring, and truly Dedicated to the improvement and conditioning of his students. He brings a great blend of Stretching, Strengthing, and Balancing.

Each class is themed with meticulous forethought on the areas we will be focusing on and his style is that of a tough but clearly loving coach.
