Information About S4 Yoga

The journey of S4 Yoga began with a simple vision – to create a space where the ancient wisdom of yoga could meet the modern world in an inclusive, nurturing environment.

Founded by Sameer Wadwalkar – E-RYT500, RCYT, YACEP in 2024, our school is rooted in the belief that yoga is more than just a physical practice—it is a lifelong journey of self-discovery, growth, and transformation.

The Birth of a Community

Our story starts with a deep love for yoga and its potential to bring people together. Sameer Wadwalkar – E-RYT500, RCYT, YACEP, a dedicated practitioner and teacher, recognized the need for a supportive community where people of all backgrounds could come to learn, grow, and connect. With a passion for teaching and a desire to share yoga’s holistic benefits, Sameer opened the doors to S4 Yoga.

At its heart S4 Yoga is a sanctuary where students are invited to explore not just the physical postures, but also the deeper teachings of yoga– its philosophy, breathing and meditation, and capacity for personal and collective healing. Our school fosters a welcoming environment, where every student feels seen, heard, and valued, regardless of where they are in their yoga journey.

Our
Mission
Vision

The mission of our yoga school is to offer an inclusive, supportive space where individuals can deepen their practice, expand their knowledge, and evolve into competent, confident yoga instructors.

Our vision is to cultivate a community of mindful and compassionate teachers who not only excel in asana but also in the deeper philosophical, ethical, and spiritual aspects of yoga.

By empowering students with a well-rounded education, we aim to create instructors who can guide others in a safe, ethical, and transformative practice.

Philosophy

The philosophy of our RYT200 yoga school is rooted in the belief that yoga is a holistic practice that unites mind, body, and spirit. We honor the ancient traditions of yoga while integrating modern understanding of anatomy, movement, and wellness. Our aim is to empower individuals to find balance, inner peace, and self-awareness while sharing these tools with their communities.

We believe that yoga is for everyone regardless of age, background, or ability and strive to create an inclusive, non-judgmental space where all students can grow.
